Code review comment for ~xnox/britney/+git/hints-ubuntu:riscv-skiptest

I think it's fine for this to be merged (which was done).

But linux-meta-riscv builds *only* architecture: riscv64 binary packages.

So why was this change *necessary*? That points to a bug somewhere else.
