Description of the change
* README: Fixed typo.
* lib/recovery-
summaries.
- apt report is read-only FS aware.
- apt+lvm reports are root-aware (won't barf if system-summary is run by non-root user).

By the way, the upstream branch is lp:~ubuntu-core-dev/friendly-recovery/ubuntu so I'll be applying these changes by hand as a merge won't work.
I'll now file a UIFe bug and see what the release team thinks of these changes.
