This proposal has been superseded by a proposal from 2023-02-03.
Description of the change
Datefudge does not work anymore on 32bit archs for coreutils and is unlikely to work again soon. Make it badtest so that coreutils can migrate. As for datefudge, the problem is known, being worked on and isn't a reason to block coreutils forever.
