+1 looks good and deploys fine for me. We definitely need to get this resolved ASAP.

We should also get the precise charm fixed, if possible, or unpromulgate it. The underlying issue seems to be that a PPA that it was relying on went away (hence the dangers of using PPAs in charms, I suppose). I wonder if that PPA is strictly necessary for the precise charm's function, since it clearly isn't needed for trusty?
