Read authentication settings from .provider file

When configuring the account, also read all the authentication parameters defined in the .provider file, and merge them with those explicitly defined by the plugin binary.

Also, add a dependency on GModule, from which we are using g_module_make_resident().

Tests: improve testing of libaccount-plugin

* Add a couple of tests to give some coverage to the file libaccount-plugin/client.c
* Add a test of a very important bit of code in the OAuthPlugin (this also required a small code tweak to make the code actually testable)
* Include libaccount-plugin in coverage reports.

Tests: re-enable create_headless test, fix typo

The test was failing under pbuilder because signond was loading the GNOME
keyring extension, and the GNOME keyring requires X11 in order to work.
This happened because of a typo in the environment variable name, which this
commit fixes.

Enable tests during package build

Make the tests run under pbuilder, during the package build, by using dbus-test-runner and xvfb-run. Temporarily disable some tests which need a mocked webcredentials indicator to run.
