powerd-cli: Fix display command argument processing

In the case that the first option to the display command was
not "on" it would mistakenly compare argv[2] against "dc". If
there is only one option to the command this is past the end
of argv and could cause a segfault.

Also add some missing spaces and fix the checking of the
return value from build_display_request().

power-request: Remove use of mutex protecting request hash table

Use powerd_run_mainloop_sync() to ensure all accesses to the
hash table occur on the main loop, eliminating the need to
protect access to the table with a mutex.

Enable early suspend when screen is off during phone calls

On some devices enabling early suspend forces the touchscreen to
turn off. This is a temporary way to make this happen during
phone calls until we have a better solution.

Add basic support for setting system state based on active requests

The code isn't in use yet and will need to be refactored when
state change notifications are added. It serves as a starting
point however.

keymap: continue reading keymap after invalid scancodes

Reading of keymaps is aborted when EINVAL is returned from
EVIOCGETKEYCODE. Scan codes are not always continuous ranges of values
starting at 0, so this can result in not getting the full keymap for a
device. Instead, continue processing if EINVAL is returned.

Change link order of objects in makefile

Link order of objects is significant. Placing libusb before
the application means symbols the application uses from
libusb may not be loaded. Place libusb at the end to avoid
this problem.
