force-reset-test is an Ubuntu-specific hint type which is obsoleted by the baseline retesting support (migration-reference/0). I'll fix these up to force-badtest when merging.

The 'force-reset-test' hint is used when a test regressed in -release and we don't want a 'force-badtest' hint hanging around in case the test starts to pass again.

It is mostly obsolete now that we have 'migration-reference/0' tests.

In this case, busco still passes in release, so a solution would be to use 'force-badtest' and then drop the hint after migration.

However, busco is an arch:all package that has grown a dependency on hmmer which is only built for a subset of architectures, making busco non-installable everywhere without hmmer.
You can see in Debian's package tracker for busco [1], that the latest upload is unable to migrate:

busco/arm64 has unsatisfiable dependency

I think busco should be made arch:any and a build-dependency on hmmer added, to prevent building on architectures where it will not be installable.
