Description of the change

python3-lxc tests are failing because the sks keyserver pool is defunct. This will be fixed in time by an upload of lxc, but for now the test failures are not meaningful.

Thanks. I'll fix this to a reset-test so that if the next upload doesn't resolve the bug we don't get blocked again.

What counts is the bug being fixed, so if that happens - then yes. If
the IRC converstaion gets forgotten, then, well... :-)
