Look at when the bug task was created, rather than when the bug was updated

Follow syncs to their copy archive

If necessary, this could be refactored to follow copies recursively, in case of
copies of copies.

First commit. Script prints out the bugs and should remove things
that are already in the queue. This is not optimised though.

Next would be to remove duplicates.

Then do something with the results. Seems hard to get them in Discourse.
Perhaps Trello cards are better, perhaps nag emails first (where an email
has been unmoved in > some time).
