Auto-transfer retrying a failed upload should overwrite it, instead of renaming it. If it wasn't a failed upload, auto-trasnfer should rename target resource path.

Allow up to 3 retries of transfer if failed with SocketTimeoutException.

Surface exceptions (some with custom error message) on the UI callback.
If response was HTTP 500:
- in case of download, reset state
- in case of upload, remove entry from provider (so we don't retry)
