* ixan2ante: Rewrote to accept stdin with no arguments or SystemId with one argument. The latter sets pm:source in the result.
* Dare.pm: Updated to the current ParserMetadata idiom. Augmented the location object so that the SystemId is supplied as pm:source when available. Doc updates.

* Dare.pm: Did come cleanup (primarily generalization, so code isn't repeated once per namespace) of namespace-coordinating code. Patched together some additions to add some ancillary data to the SAX output under the "parse:" prefix. This namespace will hold metadata such as line, column, and source file name coming from the Ixan parser itself so that secondary applications will be able to make reference to the original Ixan source even when processing the <ante/> instead. (<ante/> is being designed to allow--and ignore--elements and attributes that don't belong to the main namespace.)

* Dare.pm: Now at version 0.02. Updated SAX output to reflect the new style being written in the spec (namespace is set to default rather than prefixing all elements; attributes are now unprefixed, <line/> is now <item/>). Added XML::SAX::DocumentLocator, hopefully to some good effect later.

* Dare.pm: Added capabilities to read from strings and SystemId URIs. The URI capability is due to GetURI.pm.
* GetURI.pm: Using logic based on XML::SAX::PurePerl::Reader::URI, trivially turns URIs into filehandles. Nowhere near fail-safe but fine for us since URI processing isn't the focus here anyway.
