* ixan2ante: Rewrote to accept stdin with no arguments or SystemId with one argument. The latter sets pm:source in the result.
* Dare.pm: Updated to the current ParserMetadata idiom. Augmented the location object so that the SystemId is supplied as pm:source when available. Doc updates.

* ParserMetadata.pod: Reformatted indents again in a weird way with successful result. To get what we want, verbatim lines must lead with a tab regardless of how they are otherwise indented. This seems to be a weirdness of Pod::SAX, and I'm starting to think a little customization of that class may be in order (I've already had to manually convert an HTML4 entity as well, and I disagree with its handling of S<> even though I don't actually use that tag ever).
