This just converts all scripts from using 2.4 to 2.5. We'll have to do something like this again for going to 2.6.

This also includes a change to timing that I needed to get tests to pass more reliably on my system. Since tests don't pass anyway, you could classify this as a fly-by, but I think I needed this when I was trying to get the scripts to work.
