Show an alert bar when music folder is unsubscribed, and allow subscribing

Description of the change

To test this, you can run "./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr && make", and then run "LD_PRELOAD=`pwd`/libubuntuone/.libs/libubuntuone-1.0.so.1.0.0 banshee" in the branch directory. The --prefix=/usr is necessary so that the correct path is used for loading the local html/js/css bits for injection and error pages, as the library doesn't support loading from the uninstalled tree right now. Before running, you should also unsubscribe from the Purchased Music folder in the control panel or with u1sdtool.
