Code review comment for ~cjwatson/turnip/+git/turnipcake:woke

Would it make sense to add a link to https://git.launchpad.net/lp-inclusive-naming/tree/.woke.yaml which seems to be the canonical source for the yaml configuration? Either in a comment or at least in the commit message?
