Add support for specifying and pinning cassandra version

Some applications such as MidoNet rely on a specific Cassandra
release. This patch makes such usage possible.

Ensure the hostname resolves to loopback

Newer cassandra versions that are installable by configuring the charm
to use datastax repos need the hostname to resolve. This works fine when
deploying to physical machines as provisioners such as MAAS will correctly
populate /etc/hosts to have the hostname point to 127.0.1.1. However, that
does not happen for lxc deployments. This patch works around the lxc
template shortcoming by completing /etc/hosts if necessary.
