since we now parse the default parameters from the job type xml, we better at least use tags and such as the content of the testing config_xml

adds the default build parameters of a dependency to the end of the parameters list of it, in the detail view (we could have it shown with text-muted as per the bug report but i think that would break the visual of how parameters are listed in other views btw)
