I assume you can ssh to some *nix machine where you have
account and bzr. From windows you have to use some ssh client, for
example PuTTY. It's lightweight, no need to install. Check putty.org.
Another possibility is to get bzr running on your windows workstation.
It should be possible but I think former idea is simpler.
