 Rebuilding with the newest libraries. Removed some unwraps. Tweaked he wait for peer function. I also reduced the log verbosity a little bit. It was too much.

Flipping over to a yaml config file. Added more error checking to the block device detection code

Charm now formats and uses blocks devices. Tries to detect whether it is an SSD, rotational or loopback device. Future patches will make intelligent setup decisions using that information
