-e will return tru only if the file exists and is a symlink, *and* if the
symlink target exists. In this case, we want -L, which is true if the file is a
symlink regardless if the symlink target exists or not.

setup-commands/setup-testbed: Get along with resolv.conf symlink

debootstrap already copies the host's /etc/resolv.conf into the chroot,
but this does not help if that's a symlink. Copy the actual content
instead.
