systemd: depends on android.target instead

In the upstart age, a special target 'android' was created to signal the lxc android container has completed cold boot and is ready for use. This prevents other services like lightdm from accessing resources when the container is not actually ready and dying expectedly. (LP: 1644445)

Fix potential upstart job race between lightdm and keep-display-on-during-boot (LP: #1642360)

If lightdm happens to start before keep-display-on-during-boot, then keep-display-on-during-boot will never receive the "started lightdm" event, and will therefore never release the display-on lock.

This MP ensures that the keep-display-on-during-boot job does not acquire a display-on lock if lightdm is already running, thus avoiding the scenario described above. (LP: #1642360)

Keep the display on during boot (LP: #1623853)

The display-on lock is required so that the phone doesn't suspend during boot
if long-running jobs are executed before the session starts (e.g. apparmor
profile recompilation during the first boot after an upgrade). (LP: #1623853)
