keyboard: Add "Activities Overview Shortcut" toggle

Per mockups in

Often users will want to disable the "Super_L" shortcut which triggers
the overview.

By design we don't want to expose a setting to replace the overview
shortcut with another shortcut because the Super key is treated differently
by Mutter. Unlike typical shortcuts which combine a regular key
(e.g., 'x', '2', 'Esc') with optional modifiers (e.g., 'super', 'control'),
the overview shortcut uses the Super key as if it were a regular key
rather than a modifier. This was explained to me by fmuellner.

This also allows the background to snapshot "nothing" until it's texture
has been loaded.

CcDefaultAppsRow: avoid "notify::selected-item" initial firing

When connecting to "notify::selected-item" signal of a
CcDefaultAppsRow widget, an unsolicited initial firing of
that signal happens just after the widget is constructed.

To prevent that, so we can avoid the undesired consequences
of it described in #2626 and #2683, we connect it in an
idle handler, so at that time the widget has already been
constructed and the initial firing already took place
when no signal handler was connected.

info-overview: stop displaying GNOME Shell version

Since GNOME 43, this panel displays the GNOME Shell version rather than
the GNOME version since we removed the XML file containing GNOME version
from gnome-desktop and it is no longer possible to determine which
version of GNOME is used. However, the panel still says "GNOME Version"
and not "GNOME Shell Version," which leads to incorrect results because
the versions are different. For example, GNOME 43.6 contains GNOME Shell
43.5. It is therefore incorrect to display the GNOME Shell version next
to the label "GNOME Version."

Furthermore, we do not have consensus to rename this label to "GNOME
Shell Version" as this is apparently intended to be an internal codename
rather than a user-facing name. See gnome-control-center!1481.

The only remaining reasonable course of action is to just not show the
GNOME Shell version anymore. It's a little unfortunate, because it
seemed useful to me, but I don't see what else we can do here.

info-overview: rename "GNOME Version" to "GNOME Shell Version"

The GNOME version and the GNOME Shell version are not the same thing.
Historically, this panel displayed the GNOME version from gnome-desktop.
But that is not very useful, so for GNOME 43 we switched to showing the
GNOME Shell version instead. Now that GNOME 43.1 is out but GNOME Shell
43.1 is not, users are noticing the inconsistency between the version
numbers. It's too late to fix for GNOME 43 due to string freeze, but we
should disambiguate this going forward.

sound: update the volume-slider after getting a valid stream

In the ubuntu 20.04, we met an issue about the output volume-slider
on the machine with the legacy HDA audio driver, the output device
is the Speaker first (analog-stereo pa sink), then we connect a hdmi
monitor, the HDMI audio is in the output combo-box, we select the
hdmi audio (hdmi-stereo pa sink) from the combo-box, the hdmi audio
becomes the active output device now, we adjust the output volume from
the volume-slider, the slider UI is changed, but the output sound
is not changed with the UI.

The root cause is when the speaker is active, the pulseaudio only
keeps the analog-stereo sink, the sink hdmi-stereo is unlinked, when
users select the hdmi audio from UI, the pulseaudio will unlink
analo-stereo sink and create hdmi-stereo sink, but before hdmi-stereo
is created, the output_device_changed_cb() is called and
gvc_mixer_control_get_stream_from_device() returns a NULL since the
hdmi-stereo sink is not created yet in the pulseaudio. Because stream
is NULL, the output_volume_slider->stream is NULL, users can't change
the output volume via the volume-slider.

To fix it, we add a output_volume_slider->stream check in the
device_update_cb(), if it is NULL, get the stream and set it to
volume-slider. In this function, the sink hdmi-stereo is created
already, so the stream is not NULL. And this change also applies to
input as well.

build: meson's i18n.merge_file() doesn't take positional args

So remove them.

This is now an error in newer versions of meson.

We are currently using the IEC (base 1024) units, as recommended by GLib
for memory https://docs.gtk.org/glib/flags.FormatSizeFlags.html

although GNOME System Monitor is using the default size format (base 1000),
https://docs.gtk.org/glib/func.format_size.html
GNOME Boxes also has recently switched to G_FORMAT_SIZE_DEFAULT for RAM too.
