releasing package lowmem version 1.44ubuntu1

101. By Mathieu Trudel-Lapierre

* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
  - Don't install the desktop in lowmem mode.
  - Even in lowmem mode, leave the framebuffer enabled if vga= is found on
    the kernel command line.
  - Move most of lowmem_debconf to happen after the framebuffer is
(conditionally) loaded. If the framebuffer is enabled, then we need
this to happen later otherwise the initial lowmem warning is invisible.
* Use HTTPS for Vcs-* URLs, and link to cgit rather than gitweb.
* Update lowmem limits for hurd-i386.
* Update lowmem limits for linux-x86.
* Add a lintian override for not using po-debconf
* Make the / ramfs fill the whole memory again (Closes: #759336).
