  patch to siable pragma visibility strategy to hide symbols. stick to
  -fvisibility=hidden

  make sure we dont have problems with upstream changing libjpeg,
  libpng or zlib internal version
* debian/patches/35_psm_wakeups.dpatch: removed, it was applied upstream
* debian/patches/00list: updated accordingly
* debian/control: commented out iceape-calendar to prevent binaries
  from being built at this time, when debian decides to add it back to
  orig tarball than we will decide if we want to follow.
