A few more english translation fixes.

The term affected/affect is used quite a bit. I think that English users
might be more comfortable with terms like applied, modified, activated.
Affected has a negative connotation. Most windows users are used to using
 the "Apply" button to save changes. Maybe this is just a US-English issue
 though.

Changed affect,affected to apply, applied, modified.

Does there need to be a UK-english and a US-english translation file?
