fixup! bump pylxd version
Because 2.3.2 is not released yet, any pre-release version will fail to
conform previously required version constraint.

This commit makes a more specific version constraint that should work
for both released and pre-release versions.
This constraint is needed to avoid 2.3.2~alpha1-
