Made biscotti smaller and less prone to driver lottery issues.
Adjusted autput levels for red Convoy driver.
Switched to _delay_4ms() to save space.
Used totally separate noinit byte to detect long/short press; is more reliable.
Avoid eeprom lottery issues too.
Use phase-correct 8 kHz PWM on moon instead of 1 kHz.

Added _delay_4ms() stuff, to save space on projects which need a few bytes more than they need millisecond delay precision.
(may break other projects unless I add a different way to enable the code, beware)

Raised the LVP trigger level since it seemed to be too low.
Tested on a bench power supply to make sure it works.
