Be a *lot* more persistent when trying to get online and do apt updates.
(because arale keeps failing at flash time due to network-manager issues)

Added an adb access workaround for old images with new UDF or new recovery.img.
  (tries to add .adb_onlock during flash while device is wide open)
Also fixed a small bug while pushing photos;
  tried to chown files in the wrong directory.

Lots of flash.sh updates:
- rewrote channel-selection logic to use a text list,
  or query the server for something which matches,
  or use the channel with the shortest name
  (default to rc-proposed)
- added a --help option
- removed --feed, --custom, --spanish, and rtm
