Description of the change
The PRODUCT_MAP in post-build-lava.py needs to include parameters for Versatile Express.
Note, Versatile Express is about to undergo renaming to drop the 'a9' part from the name (as the build also supports A15 and A5). Therefore the fix for Linaro Android Build Tools uses the new name of plain 'vexpress'.
