Bugfixes

Tidied up a few of the URL links.
  The DVI module still referred to some of the
  vol module's projects, because it is a remake
  of the template. Not good. Decided to change
  things before people found out about it.

  Changed the word in the volunteers menu from
  persons to volunteers. Seemed a little more

Altered container-form & increased text size

Major change:
  Container-form now appears 'boxy' in the middle of the
  screen. This should make life easier for those people
  who are using SahanaPy on large screens. The thick
  border also increases the prominence of the form.

Minor change:
  I have increased the font sizes generally. They are now
  at "font-size: 0.9em; line-height: 1.1em;". This should
  make text render more smoothly & increase the legibility
  of the content.

TODO
  Make sure that headers for forms use H2, so that they
  appear centered above the form for good visual flow.

Note:
This change does introduce a bug. The Help buttons on the
right occasionally overflow the container. To minimise this,
I have reduced the font-size of the "add location" etc
links
