This branch adds a better and still light-weight load check to the sysinfo
wrapper. We now use the number of cores ("processor" lines in /proc/cpuinfo)

Force deletion of all the persist data for the monitoring plugin, instead of
relying on each plugin to delete its data. In particular it fixes
