Show the default-wallpaper on loading errors. This should help against the black-screen on encrypted disks to fix bug #1128051.
Description of the change
Shows the default-wallpaper on loading errors. This should help against the black-screen on encrypted disks. For Luna+1 we will have to find a working solution for that (like gnome with it's extra-directory for wallpapers) but for now this is the best we can do.
