OpenCV.sln was built with 'Release' configuration.
all projects including cvpy and all samples were built successfully.

OpenCV.sln was built with 'Debug' configuration.
all examples were built successfully.
cvpy was not build because of lacking Python2.6_d.dll .
It is not a problem of OpenCV.
I just have not install Python 2.6 binaries for debugging.

After "Generate" button of CMake was clicked.
Solution files and project files were generated under samples directory.

CMake was run again.
Both the source code and the binaries directories were set to C:/OpenCV2.0 .
BUILD/BUILD_EXAMPLES checkbox was set to checked.
PYTHON/PYTHON_EXECUTABLE was set to C:/Python26/python.exe .
Just after "Configure" button was clicked, not "Generate" button.
