Refresh the lxd related bits in Getting started section of the README
Fix "Updating dependencies" section of the README (proper target branch for dependencies)

roadmr, I'm not 100% sure about the change to the `bzr push` command here. (I think it could have helped me avoid creating the wrong dependency branch MP - if it's correct).
