* Don't build postgresql-9.0-debversion as postgresql-9.0 isn't going into
  natty (at least for now).
* configure, configure.ac: add -lapt-pkg to LIBS instead of LDFLAGS when
  checking for libapt-pkg. Due to the recent linker changes the argument
  order does matter now (patch written by Michael Vogt).

* debian/control:
  - Build-Depend on postgresql-server-dev-9.0.
  - Add postgresql-9.0-debversion.
  - Upgrade to Standards-Version 3.9.1.
