Description of the change
Add China AWS to juju mirrors.
Cloud health shows that 1.23.2 is not found in streams. Then I realised that the china aws region is not listed in our mirrors. Our regions are a copy of the cloud-images regions, but china aws is a separate entry in cloud-image streams. I copied the missing entry to our streams. I reviewed all the regions listed at cloud-images, only china aws was missing.
