Description of the change

Delete the gopkg.in/juju/charm.v6-unstable package

An unversioned package brought in gopkg.in/juju/charm.v6-unstable, polluting the tree and preventing us from merging and building release tarballs. While a proper fix would prune undocumented packages. I offer a quick hack to unblock us. I assume we always want to delete "unstable" packages. Juju will not depend on them for product uses.
