    Bug 1382347: Make sure to create innodb_data_home_dir,
                 innodb_log_group_home_dir and innodb_undo_directory
                 if they do not exist

Fix is to make sure that all directories created if they do not
exist.

Bug 1386013: Regression in innodb_data_home_dir support in 2.2

Fix is to specify default value for innodb_data_file_path so ibdata1
will be copied as needed.
