Drop people lens from local build and fix build scripts.

* transition from manual build dependencies installation to mk-build-deps
* make sure qml-phone-shell is still taken into account in /etc/device-services
* make the build_unity script fail if something goes wrong
* ask before adding PPAs / installing dependencies on the host
* shadow-build libunity.
