i fear that needs some updating to the new seed split, qtdeclarative5-* should go into the sdk-libs seed, i'm not sure which of the libs (if not all) should go there too ...

As we discussed over IRC, this is fine as we don't want anyone building stuff against the -touch specific fork. This is purely for runtime, so it's correct to be under the -touch seeds.
