 Minor formatting - easier to read. Made the builder into a top0level class, instead of nested inside a function, etc.

 Monsters now have several fields, including a relationship to a monster family. The nukedb.py script now creates all the various Aboleths. Also, added some more helpers to nukedb.py, to clean up the creation of test data.

* Don't check for the tables that we just deleted before creating them again.
