Allow app reviews to be edited at any time - they can be easily deleted / re-created to do effectively the same and this matches the click behaviour.
Description of the change
Allow app reviews to be edited at any time - they can be easily deleted / re-created to do effectively the same and this matches the click behaviour.
This is motivated by the review implementation in GNOME Software - the UI would be much simpler if reviews could be easily modified. I noticed that clicks removed the limit (bug 1444041) for what seems to be the same reason.
