Fixed final issue where previously edited forms where not restored the
next time they were edited.
This was a feature that previously worked but during the hectic last days

Fixed crash when handling boolean values. Tested sending multiple forms from same, and from different locations / formtypes. Now formname also shows up correctly, instead of -Available periods- on top of the form. Missing: Get back values from matching incomplete-form
