When we have created the tracks without notifying the listeners we do a dummy
tag change per track, now notifying the listeners. This is much fasert than
doing it for each track and ensures the playlists are properly updated.

We now create the Track object for the episode upfront, so the episodes
in the playlists are displayed properly. In addition we store the
episode summary now in an internal tag, so you can see it in the properties
dialog of the track (in an Entry widget unfortunately, but at least the
tooltip shows the whole text).
