Merge ~rafaeldtinoco/ubuntu/+source/pacemaker:lp1886546-groovy into ubuntu/+source/pacemaker:debian/sid

I already uploaded to salsa the delta that could be uploaded. The remaining one does not make much sense for Debian so unfortunately will be kept as delta for now.

LGTM, +1.

A couple changelog nitpicks suggested inline below, feel free to use or not, no need for re-review either way. Good work on the delta.
