Blueprint at https://blueprints.launchpad.net/pygpal/+spec/pygpal-download-edited-event-titles is implemented, including all changes to events (date, time, title). Now events that have been updated remotely are detected on command 'd' and all changes are applied locally.

Implements blueprint for recurring events at https://blueprints.launchpad.net/pygpal/+spec/pygpal-recurring-events. This does
introduce a minor bug, #383785, but I can live with this for now.

pygpal can now download recurring events from Google Calendar and display them properly. All that's required to have full recurring
event support is to be able to add them from within pygpal and upload them to Google Calendar.
