Add support for flo in the dashboard and replace maguro as a primary platform

Description of the change

I don't have an easy way of testing this, so there's a good chance I missed something. We need to add support for flo (soon to be enabled in daily testing) and replace maguro with flo as a primary platform.

I wasn't sure what effect that might have on old results in the database if anyone scrolls back that far. Also, it looks like I somehow broke the build but I'm not sure what I changed here that could do that.

I did wonder about changing the product_name for flo to nexus7-2013 to avoid confusion though, not sure where exactly that gets used and how big a deal it would be to take up the extra space in the view.
