Finally implemented heredocs!
Seriously, nearly everything changed. Examine the diff.

Stole some Ant cruft from an old project to build this one. It's probably not great, but I don't have the cash to hire a build manager. :-/
Added a dummy Command.java that will eventually be replaced with an actual Prasky preprocessor command.
Symlink antlr-3.4-complete.jar (or such) into lib/ to get the compile working. build.xml has a couple of requirements for ~/.ant/lib/ (or such) as well.
