This is to enable publishing the build information to the public jenkins.

Description of the change

This is to enable publishing the build information to the public jenkins. Could hold this up until we're sure that we're not revealing anything we should not. I don't think we're though.

Approved, compared the xml for using the build publisher with other jobs and they match.
