Modifications to the ::open method within the I_S engine's cursor to allow it work correctly. Also
modified the flags that the I_S engine takes. Removed the NOT_SELECTABLE flag as that causes
segmentation faults. In fact, I believe this should be totally removed from the code base - don't
really see a need for it.

Apparently, changing the size of a column in an I_S table makes query
execution work differently...isn't that just magical???

So I changed the length of the COLUMN_TYPE column in the COLUMNS table and
some queries from the I_S test case that didn't work before now
work...great.

I also changed rnd_pos to return HA_ERR_WRONG_COMMAND so I can see where it
is getting called from. I need to implement rnd_pos and position next.

Some good progress was made tonight though...When I get the 2 methods above
implemented, I should be very very close to having this damn thing working
(although knowing I_S, it will be probably crash and burn for no apparent
reason..)

Removing part of the test case from the memcached udf test suite that is
dependent on the environment it is being run in. The results of this part of
the test case will be different when run on different environments. Updated
the result file based on this change.

Some re-organization for the I_S plugin.

Moved the info_schema header file in to the drizzled/plugin directory as all
I_S tables are only added by plugins. Thus, this header file belongs in the
plugin directory.

Moved the default I_S methods implementations from the show.cc file in to
the I_S plugin.

Small fix to how iterators are used on the update_tables list. Need to be
careful to be sure the iterator is incremented each time it is used (one
occasion where a while loop was being used with continue was causing
issues). I converted the while loops to for loops to ensure the iterator is
always incremented.
